  1. TECPEL warrants all products sold, except for "sensors" and "consumables", with a one-year warranty.
  2. The warranty period starts based on the serial number and sales invoice. If the serial number cannot be identified and the customer cannot provide proof of purchase, TECPEL reserves the right to treat it as out-of-warranty.
  3. Product failures caused by improper use, poor storage conditions, moisture damage, or external force are not covered under the free warranty.
  4. For new product defects, please report or return the product within 7 days to TECPEL, with original packaging and all accessories. Used consumables cannot be exchanged or returned.
  5. Industrial instruments are not consumer products. They require accuracy testing after repair, which may take longer. Most products cannot be directly replaced with new ones.
  6. TECPEL does not guarantee the completeness of data stored on repaired products. Please back up important data before sending products for repair.
  7. Products over one year old will incur a basic inspection fee of NT$300. Additional repair costs will be quoted separately, and repair will only begin after customer approval.
  8. **使用者如在收到報價後放棄維修,仍須支付基本檢測費用 300 元。**
  9. After repair completion or repair cancellation, if the customer does not retrieve the product within 30 days, TECPEL reserves the right to charge a storage fee of NT$20 per day.
  10. When storage fees exceed the repair value or market price of the product, TECPEL reserves the right to recycle or dispose of the product.
